Our Users
Understand who can access the MTU Library and the structures guiding library use.
The Library's primary users are the full-time and part-time students and staff of Mountain Top University, while its secondary users include the University's Board of Trustees, partner institutions, and other members of the wider community. Limited access is extended to community members, provided it does not interfere with the needs of primary users.
Primary Users
Full-time and part-time students and staff of Mountain Top University. Primary users enjoy complete access to resources, study rooms, digital archives, and borrowing privileges.
Secondary Users
University Board of Trustees, partner institutions, and community members. Access is provided on a limited basis, ensuring the needs of primary users always remain prioritised.
Important Notice
Library users are required to register and obtain a library card before gaining access to the Library.
