The primary users of the library are full-time and part-time student and staff of Mountain Top University while the secondary users are the Board of Trustee of the University, partners and other community of users. Limited access is granted to members of the community as long as it does not conflict with the needs of the primary users.



  • Library users are expected to register and collect their card before having access to the library.
